Privacy
This page describes the local development build. Public-service privacy commitments and subprocessors require separate owner approval.
Local product state is separate
Workspace state created in the customer app (saved excerpts, queries, bookmarks, notes) is separate from the historical collection and labels used for research, and customer state does not modify historical labels. This states separation only and is not a disclosure guarantee.
Exports can contain excerpts and notes
Downloaded reports and exports can contain captured excerpts and your own notes. Treat downloaded files as portable copies: handle and share them deliberately.
What these pages load
No third-party fonts, scripts, trackers or images. Fonts are served by EarWitness.
External media and connections require explicit use
Fetching remote media or connecting an external channel happens only through an explicit action in the customer app. These public pages make no external requests beyond their own documents, stylesheets, fonts, and script.
Reader configuration is not disclosure consent
A copied configuration is not authorization. Actual requests are limited to current grants and source rules; configuration alone discloses nothing and grants nothing beyond them.
Not promised here
- No zero-retention promise or deletion timing.
- No SOC 2, regional-hosting, or provider-name claims.
